The Newcomer Welcome Center at Hoover is open every Monday, from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM in the Parent Center. Our team is composed of Juan Carlos Nieblas (counselor), Melissa Dorador (resource teacher), and Pierre St. Aude (family support services).
We are available to facilitate communication in Spanish and Haitian Creole/French.
