Class of 2025 Senior Prom
Saturday, May 3rd from 6pm to 10pm at Bramble Bay (536 13th St #1, Imperial Beach, CA 91932)
Prom Tickets are now on sale during regular finance office hours.
- Cost will be as follows:
March 12 - March 28: $65
April 7 - April 21: $75
April 22 - May 1: $85
Prom Contract Process:
1. Visit ROOM 801 (ASB) during Lunch to collect contracts for yourself and any guest.
** The location will only be in ROOM 801 moving forward for consistency!
2. Take the contracts home for signatures from a parent/guardian and include your name and student ID. Non-Hoover guests need their school's seal of approval.
3. Return the signed contract to the booth during lunch for processing.
4. Wait 1-2 days for approval; check back at the booth for confirmation.
5. Once approved, grab your approval contract and go to the finance office to purchase your ticket(s), ensuring both student and guest tickets are bought together.

As a reminder, students will be held accountable for their attendance and academics. Mrs. Carrillo and Academy leaders have been meeting with students who have 15 or more accumulated tardies, period absences, or all-day absences for the whole year. Students who fall into this category will need to return the letter acknowledging their need to improve and demonstrate improved behaviors (i.e. attending tutoring or Saturday school to lower current numbers as well as not accumulating more) in order for their contracts to be approved.
